Interior design of a modern villa in Dubai

Villa in Dubai

Introducing our new project in Dubai.
Mirrored statue of Mickey Mouse has become an unusual element of the living room

This interior turned out to be really enchanting, all thanks to ceiling installations and decor. The main living room on the first floor has a silver chandelier that looks like a white wisteria. Wall panels are made of v-grooved metal profiles, leather and walnut, and the flooring is made of neutral grey travertine. Soft and cabinet furniture is made by Longhi and Salotti. As a bright decorative element, we chose a conceptual art object - a custom-made mirrored sculpture of everyone's favourite Disney character, Mickey Mouse. This interesting piece of contemporary art will become an exceptional addition to the owners’ collection.

Premium fireplace is an object of art

A unique bio fireplace was designed specially for this living room. The metal sheets are bent in the form of a wave, and the TV is mounted to this metal structure. Attention to details is always our priority. This unusual design gives the fireplace area a unique look, making it an independent art object. The living room is followed by a spacious hallway.

Multilevel architecture, panoramic view and our unique style allow the creation of luxurious interiors not only in the living rooms! Hallway plays an important compositional role in the overall interior design. In the elevator lobby of our project in Dubai, natural light emphasises the harmonious combination of leather and walnut panels, natural travertine and staircase’s metal embossing. In the centre, we placed a delicate Liberty table by Rugiano and a ceiling installation in a form of a meteor shower.

Natural motifs as a part of the interior

The dining area in Dubai with emerald accents is filled with airiness and natural light, due to the panoramic windows of the villa. As a dining group, we chose the Opera Contemporary table and Minotti chairs.

Second living room

From the dining area, we enter a second, more comfortable, mini-living room. Due to the panoramic glazing of the villa, interior reveals itself in a very special way, welcoming natural light throughout the day. Track lights and floor lamps are placed correctly to provide enough light during the night. The white-grey floor is accompanied by the unusual texture of the carpet and velvet furniture upholstery. Our designers decorated the old column with concave white panels which are resembling the form of a petal.

Master bedroom is connected to the bathroom and walk-in closet, Penrose headboard, FiftyFourms

The colour palette of this master bedroom is full of greys, cool browns, blues and aubergine. These motifs are the same in the connected bathroom and wardrobe. When you connect the master bedroom, bathroom and walk-in closet, you can visually expand the space and create an intimate atmosphere. A luxurious bed, an unusual chandelier, a decorative headboard and premium materials are the must-have elements of the master bedrooms in our unique style, providing their owners with comfort and relaxation.

Dressing room, Venezia island, FiftyFourms

The dressing room turned out to be functional. We placed our favourite element - wardrobe island - as a centrepiece, with blue velour upholstery. All shelving units are equipped with bright integrated lighting, glass doors and different sections for different clothing items.

Brabbu console table

Black marble on the floor, v-grooved walnut panels, leather and velvet - these are the most delicate premium materials that were used in this project.

Montaigne bathroom unit, FiftyFourms

In the master bathroom, we have placed a double bathroom cabinet that consists of two gorgeous mirrors with contour lighting, glass sinks by Glass Design Italy from the “Privileged Path of water” collection, and a floating vanity cabinet with blue suede and brass. In addition to the unit, we chose twinning pendants lights called Eyelet by Sans Souci.

Guest bathroom

The highlight of the guest bathroom is a free-standing glass sink by Antonio Lupi. As a stylish piece of decor we added a miniature Time Piece table in white marble by Sé Collections. When creating the design of a future house or apartment, we do not rely only on current trends or fashion but focus on the lifestyle of the homeowners, their hobbies and interests. It is the individuality of the customer, expressed in our unique style, that allows us to create a timeless design that will never become boring.
